A leading oil and gas company in UAE is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of total experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 2 years of experience working in an LNG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate equipment and processes in the field
- Identify and troubleshoot process and equipment problems
- Communicate with other departments and teams to ensure that operations are running efficiently and safely
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Provide technical support to other departments, such as maintenance and engineering
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years total experience in an Oil and Gas industries, with at least 2 years’ experience working in an LNG environment
- Good understanding of safety and ability to spot hazardous occurrences
- Understanding of PTW processes and knowledge of PPE requirements for different activities
- Experience in commissioning or operations
- Very good standard of English both spoken and written
