Field Service Technician
Responsibilities:
- Give specialized field support post-deal
- Introduce, keep up with and fix gear
- Meet with clients to offer support and fix gear and analyze and investigate detailed issues
- Connect with testing clients and convey successfully
- Accessible for callouts beyond working hours including ends of the week
- Autonomous and dependable work with the capacity to look for help, backing and exhortation on a case by case basis
Requirements:
- HNC in Electrical and Electronic Designing
- NVQ Level 3 Recognition in Establishment of Electrical Frameworks and Gear or
- NVQ Level 3 Confirmation in Electrical Administrations (Electrical Support)
- City and Societies endorsements (C&G) C&G 2391.50 and 2391.51 or C&G 2391.52 and C&G 2919 EV Charging
- Great working information on wellbeing and security regulation
- Full driving permit
- Establishment/administration and fix insight
- Great involvement overall gadgets plan and information on processor-controlled units
- Experience working with LV power networks up to 480VAC and DC frameworks up to 1000V
- Capacity to work with PCB/ESD-delicate hardware
- Elevated degree of capacity to figure out nearby climate and security guidelines
- Capacity to analyze mechanical and electrical issues
- Drive, genius, a full grown and uplifting outlook towards work
- Great relational abilities in a group and client climate
- Self-roused and ready to fill in as a feature of a group
- Capacity to adjust and readiness to learn and go through preparing
- Work inside or outside at client site
- Respectable, considerate, and address clients in an expert and cordial way with compassion.
- This is a full-time position with additional time and advantages. Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am on location to 5:00pm off-site, with extra time on a case by case basis, on an on stand by turn.
