Key Responsibilities :

Overseeing and directing the HR, Business Improvement Activities and Records elements of the organization
Creating and executing systems to accomplish business objectives
Overseeing and propelling workers to accomplish their best presentation
Assembling and keeping up with associations with clients, providers and accomplices
Staying informed concerning Market patterns and contenders exercises
Creating And executing arrangements and strategies to guarantee consistence with regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Construction Management, Business Administration)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a small construction company
• Strong understanding of Dubai's construction market
• Proven experience in managing HR, Business Developments, Operations and Accounts
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
