| Key Responsibilities | Qualifications & Skills |

| Provide support and assistance to drilling, completion, and workover operations.. | Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field. |
| Operate and maintain equipment and tools used in the drilling and completion processes. | Extensive experience in the oil & gas industry. |
| Ensure safe and efficient execution of all operations. | Excellent leadership and management skills. |
| Supervise and manage a team of operators and riggers. | Strong technical knowledge and skills. |
| Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment problems. | Ability to work independently and as part of a team. |
| Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. | Good communication and interpersonal skills. |
| Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. |
