Responsibilities
As the Manager Electrical & Instrument, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of Electrical Equipment, instruments, PLC, DCS/ESD. Other key responsibilities include:- Reporting to GM Plant
- Design Review of projects and modifications
- Cost effectiveness to minimise rework
- Developing yearly plan for CAPEX
- Preparing maintenance plan and implementation
- Managing spares of project
- Conducting root cause analysis of accidents
- Planning key activities of Dept including development of parts and spares
- Maintaining liason with other Depts Procurement, Planing & Process etc.
- Leading projects for development in Company
- Resource and Man Management, Team Building etc.
- Designing cost estimations and execution of E&I projects
- Vendor Management for projects related to maintenance and service required for project
- Responsible for the safety of the plant
- Major machinery is Turbine, boiler, chiller, engines, compressors, blowers, Solar etc.
- Explaining drawings of E&I to subordinates and supervising
- Assisting in Project Planning, annual shutdown
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:- B.Sc / M.Sc Electrical / Electronics Engr from Public University preferred
- E&I maintenance experience is mandatory with 12-15 Years in Manufacturing Industry
- No more than 45 years of age
