Fatima Group, located in Lahore, Pakistan, is on the lookout for a seasoned Operation Lead to join our Supply Chain team. We are seeking someone with a passion for procurement and supply chain, and a track record of success in streamlining operations.
Requirements
To be considered, you should hold an MBA, BBA, or B.Sc degree from a recognized university, and have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement and supply chain.
Responsibilities
As our Operation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement and supply chain operations to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness. You will have to develop and enforce processes and procedures to enhance supply chain performance. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring cost-effective procurement of equipment. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings will also be an important aspect of your role. Additionally, you will manage the logistics of equipment delivery to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery to our customers. As a leader, you will also provide mentorship and guidance to your team members to drive their performance and growth.
