The NES Chicago Offices are looking for a motivated and skilled Chemical Engineer to join our Client, a leading Specialty Chemicals Manufacturer in the Lithium space. This is a permanent opportunity for an engineer with 1-4 years of Plant Process Engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement process improvements in the plant
- Conduct process simulation and modeling to optimize processes
- Troubleshoot process issues and develop solutions to improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continually improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 1-4 years of experience in Plant Process Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of process simulation software and modeling techniques
