Petroplan is currently seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join one of our client's teams. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 6-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FEED & DD greenfield & brownfield projects, both on and off plot, with an engineering design company.
What we expect
As a Process Engineer with Petroplan, you will be responsible for working on challenging projects and collaborating with a team of experts in the industry. The role requires expertise in Process simulation software, such as Pipesim, Unisim, Flarenet, and more. You should also have experience in site visits and tie-in verification, as well as preparing process engineering deliverables, including PFS, H&MB, PEFS, PSFS, PDB, TSP, OCSP, equipment/instrument/RV sizing calculation, hydraulic calculation, POM, SM, and more.

The role also requires participation in Design Review, HAZOP & IPF, as well as familiarity with international, Shell & PDO standards. You should be comfortable with process engineering work methods, multidisciplinary interfacing, quality requirements, and interacting with clients, contractors, vendors, and operation teams. Experience in Process Safety/AIPSM requirements (DEM-1/DEM-2/LFI Compliance) is a must.
