Attention all experienced Quantity Surveyors We are urgently hiring for the position of Quantity Surveyor (Technical) at our prestigious organization. We are looking for someone who has a passion for their work and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 06 years of experience in the relevant field, with expertise in Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Experience, Bill of Quantity quantifications and Preparation, Variation claims and Payment Evaluation. You should be someone who is always looking to grow and learn, and who has a positive attitude towards their work.
We believe that teamwork is essential for success, and you should be someone who can work under pressure, possesses initiative, and supports all team members. Your verbal and written communication skills should be excellent, as you will be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and colleagues. You should also be able to work independently and take ownership of your work.
