PARCO, through its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd, is seeking experienced and qualified individuals to join our Sales Department. PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan, and we are looking for customer service professionals to help us continue our success.
We are seeking applicants with the folowing qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field1 to 5 year of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to provide a single window service operation, including customer relationship management and guidance on basic technical issues,
Good at conflict management and have customer-centric attitude
Proficient in MS Office and capable of using ERP
- Well-versed with basic financial transactions such as reconciliation, tax challans, and receivables
Key Responsibilities. :
- Active communication with assigned customer base to generate sales orders and payment recovery
- Keep track of customer sales as per potential through outbound and inbound calls
- Book customer orders in the system on a daily basis
- Work closely with the sales team and customers to provide excellent After Sales Service as per SLA
- Coordinate with customers and allied departments to bring on board new projects in time
- Resolve complaints and queries in a timely manner
- Building excellent relationships with customers as a focal person
- Preparation of periodic reports and record keeping of assigned customers.
