Position Summary
Answerable to perfor plant activity exercises (in JPS) in a protected, productive and ideal way as per functional rules and legal cutoff points, to meet result necessities including completing first level support as required...
Functional Responsibilities,
Operation Works 85 %
Perform JPS GT plant startup-shut down and stacking exercises on the creating unit as per the continuous dispatch plan
Keep up with consistency to the administrative prerequisite, natural consistence and security consistency of everything
Perform plant status observing obligations through DCS and speedily feature any inconsistencies or non-conformance immediately
Immediately explore and report all plant imperfections, inadequacies, and irregularities
Complete plant mechanical disengagement, including LOTO according to PTW, PTR, and ensuing de-separation and testing of gear before continuing assistance.
Do all establish assessments, utilitarian tests, and hardware changeover and go to establish anomalies as per endorsed activity strategies And timetables.
Perform crisis activities to shield the uprightness of the plant and Hence the quick and deliberate rebuilding of supply...
Perform first line upkeep work expeditiously.
Perform strategic work for all activity exercise
Keep a protected and systematic workspace by rehearsing coordinated housekeeping
Record, survey, and order tasks records, test results, and cycle reading's
Support Terminal Activity in the Diesel besting up at the day tank.
Technical Reporting 5%
- Preparation of weekly and monthly production reports..
- Preparation of daily production log
- Preparation and highlight of defects within the plant
- Preparations of regulatory compliance reports as required.
- Compliance with Safety Rules ,and Procedures
- Support ERP/SOP updates and participate in emergency drills and audits
Others 5%
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors..
