Job Purpose

Shell has outsourced the execution of the maintenance operations in retail sites to a Global Facility Management Company (FMC), which is fully accountable for the end-to-end, maintenance delivery.

The Field Engineer (FE) is responsible for the Operational maintenances delivery at the Regional level Specifically, the role is to:
  • Spend at least 70% of time validating HSSE delivery; ensuring suppliers are performing as expected and proactively managing the service delivery.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience


Specify the educational background, qualifications, and experience typically required to perform the job fully and effectively.
  • Education DAE/ Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical)
  • Experience Min 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Facilities Maintenance activities with strong HSSE management. Experience in maintaining Fuel Station sites and petroleum industry knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Languages Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Local/Regional language.
  • Computer Literacy Good working experience in Microsoft Office tools, and Use of Computer Programs for Designing and Work Management
  • Supervisory Good in planning, organizational and conceptual, political, and interpersonal skills Work Time As per work requirement
