 Littelfuse is currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Lipa, Calabarzon, Philippines. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process according to established procedures and guidelines
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that products meet quality standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
• Assist in the training of new production operators
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow
• Any other task as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
• Good communication skills
• Must be willing to work in Lipa, Calabarzon, Philippines
