North Oil Company Qatar is currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer (OC) for an on-site position in Doha, Qatar. The Senior Process Engineer will be the field operations process engineering authority for all facilities and will provide key technical insights on all systems.
Key accountabilities include. :
- Maintaining a high-level overview of the healthcare of processing systems to identify existing and emerging constraints.
- Advising Offshore Operations on how to most efficiently operate the facilities to maximized oil revenue within the primary constraints of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Providing a focal point of support into the OC, beyond the day-to day to ensure production is optimized based on available well stock and equipment constraints.
- Supporting the NOC-OC for requests requiring advanced engineering expertise.
- Identifying isues that require further definition through dedicated study within PWP Tier-3.
- Providing process engineering insight and support to resolve operational risks as they present.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the following departments: M&I, CPD, Major Projects (Ops).
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, with knowledge of safety and quality, and the ability to manage a team effectively. A strong understanding of HSE regulations and incident-free environment is also required...
