HR First is seeking a Head of Quality Operations to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to lead our quality operations and ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the quality team
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor performance
• Foster a continuous improvement culture
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of experience in quality operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
