Deacon is seeking for highly skilled Supervisor (Rotary/Rotating equipment) in the Oil & Gas sector
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Supervisor with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector to join our team. As a Supervisor (Rotary / Rotating Equipment), you will be responsible for the effective maintenance and performance of rotating equipment in the chemical process industries.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rotating equipment principles and specifications of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, motors, generators, and other rotating equipment. You will have strong analytical skills, the ability to develop quality task lists, and identify hold points, inspection requirements, and acceptance criteria for rotating equipment work.
Experience
We are seeking a candidate with experience in compressors, pumps, sealing systems, shaft alignment, condition monitoring, and field balancing. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to troubleshoot rotating equipment problems and a solid understanding of API and ASME standards.
Qualifications
In this role, you will attend vendor, client, and internal meetings, perform technical evaluations, and prepare reports. A DAE or Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical) is required for this position.
