Responsibilities
As an Officer - Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the power plant, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the site team to ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are being met and that all production targets are being achieved.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, and at least 3 years of experience in operations or maintenance of a power plant. Additionally, strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be managing a team of technicians and operators.
