Instrument & Control Technician
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Instrument & Control Technician to execute planned and unplanned instrumentation and controls-related maintenance activities on equipment covered in the scope of the O&M Contract. The role reports directly to the Control & Instrument Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control related activities at the Power Plant
- Upload in the CMMS the C&I maintenance activity report
- Interact closely with all Power Plant personnel, especially the other maintenance department personnel as well as the operation staff
- Conduct all business activities according to the company's CodeC&I-related of Ethics
- Execute C&I related maintenance activities according to the work plan provided by the CMMS and approved by the EC&I Engineer
- Alert the C&I Engineer on any deviation from the instructions as issued in the procedure or PTW and require his assessment
- Assist in reducing maintenance costs by efficient use of consumables, parts, and tools and preventing their loss or damage
- Participate in O&M experience exchange events
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Control Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control maintenance in a Power Plant or similar facility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CMMS and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
