Assistant Operator Packaging Wanted for PepsiCo in Dammam
PepsiCo is currently seeking an Assistant Operator to support line-related activities efficiently and effectively at our facility in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role is on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual activities such as duplex packing, exit area monitoring, and machine-related activities
- Provide support to the operator to run the machine, and maintain proper housekeeping
- Take actions as necessary to achieve the desired business results for bag makers
- Achieve the material efficiency and grams give away targets set by the department
- Manage the packers working under him, including break time, cleaning during change of flavor, and time in and out
- Maintain a clean workplace and machine in accordance with GMP
- Report all health hazards within the workplace to the immediate Direct Manager
- Ensure that quality packets are always produced
- Attend quality wall meetings at least 15 times per month
- Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic communication skills
- Good working attitude
- Entry level experience
- Competencies in drive for results, intellectual curiosity, and integrity
